"Pevensey Flamingo"

Chestnut 15.2hh
(Sarafire x
Pevensey Flame)
|
Flame is a big bold gelding who has done
1000s of kms of bush riding, stockwork, Natural Horsemanship, barrel
racing, and sprint racing. He is very forward and athletic, super quick on
his feet, intelligent and is a powerhorse to ride. He has superb legs
and feet, and lovely broad chest and hindquarter.
Unfortunately a tendon injury in 2005 put an
end to any serious competition, including endurance, Flame is now used for
occasional trailrides, stockwork, and pony rides.

"Glen
Lee Yotech"
b: 07/08/2008 Palomino Est: 15.1hh
(Glen Lee Rivoli Ray Tech
x Glen Lee Yoghurt)
A promising big gelding, “Yogi” is from a
family of proven performance horses. His sire needs no introduction in the
ASH world, competing successfully in drafting, hacking, working, and led.
Yogi is out of a double-Abbey bred, Barona Hornet mare. He is a leggy strong
gelding with good bone and good feet, and a short back. He is broken
in and going well, and will be campaigned under-saddle prior to starting
campdrafting.

"Gramiamur
Trapper"
b:
01/10/2006 Brown Est: 15.1hh
(Gramiamur
Travis x Dreem 02)
|

An impressive saddle horse, Trapper is tall,
sleek and well put together with a great hip and hindquarter, straight legs
and good feet. He is an energetic, bold, big moving gelding, very confident
and surefooted, and gives a smooth comfortable ride. He was purchased as a
drafting/Stockman’s challenge prospect and is
a gutsy hardworking stockhorse when mustering on our farm. He started
Campdrafting in January 2011 at only 4 years old, scoring an incredible 79
and a completed course at his first draft. He shows great stretch and speed
on course, and is very agile and responsive in the camp.

"Grandridge
Danny"
b:
13/11/2008 Bay Est: 14.3hh (Condamine
Rembrandt x Berragoon Image)
A very compact and strong individual, Danny
is a very promising drafting prospect. While only quite small, what he
lacks in size and substance he makes up for in muscle and agility. He has
a powerful hindquarter, and good strong gaskins and is already exhibiting
competitive cutting ability. Very quick on his feet, Danny is
energetic and has great natural balance and co-ordination. His
sire Condamine Rembrandt is the winner of the Priefert Open draft in
Tamworth 2010, and a finalist at Warwick’s Gold Cup, Cut Out, and Ladies
Draft in 2006, as well as a dual finalist at Fraser’s Livestock Stallion
Draft in Warwick, in 2004 and 2006.His full brother, Erindale Retro sold
recently at the 2010 Landmark Classic Campdraft Sale. Danny will be
started undersaddle in Spring 2010.

Ned is
Aaron’s pride and joy. A hardy blend of Quarter horse, appaloosa and arab
blood, he is as tough as they come. He has amazing feet and never needs
shoeing even on the rockiest surface. He is Aaron’s favourite stockhorse,
trailhorse and his temperament is such that he also doubles as a kids pony.
With his athleticism, and a willing to please attitude, Aaron is training
him for Campdrafting and Stockman’s Challenges.

Identity was special from
day one, he has a huge kind eye, correct straight movement and an
easy-going temperament. He is a beautiful fronted horse with a clean throat
and short head, he has excellent feet, and straight clean legs, he is a
finer more elegant type inherited from his father, yet has the huge soft
eye, and superb movement from his mother. He has a huge ground-covering
canter and a light springy trot with high knee action.

Identity is well
handled and a gem to catch, trim feet, rug etc, he has just been broken
in and is proving to be a very quiet and relaxed saddle horse with good
big fluid paces. Will make excellent show, pleasure, trail or PC mount,
reluctant sale, loving home a must.

NB: The above photos were taken in
paddock condition at 6 weeks, yearling and 2 year old, and 3 year old
respectively

Identity was broken in early this year
and is proving to be an exceptionally quiet and willing saddlehorse.
He is a comfortable ride with an armchair canter, and a big
expressive trot. He has the sweetest nature and learns very quickly
and is an absolute pleasure to handle in every way. He will be sorely
missed by all the family - November 2010.
